New: Virtual Hold Callers to our Customer Care Center now may use Virtual Hold, an alternative to waiting to speak to a customer service representative (CSR).
- When hold times exceed two minutes, callers will have a choice: remain on hold for a CSR, or request that a CSR call them back.
- The system asks the caller to record their name and phone number and tells them when to expect a callback from a CSR.
- The caller remains in the queue, but without having to wait on hold. At the apponted time, the system calls the customer and connects them with a CSR within about 20 seconds.
