Ways to Pay Your Bill

Pay by Bank Draft
Our AutoDraft Plan lets you pay your bill automatically through a direct debit from your bank account. It's fast and secure – and free to enroll and use. Just download the application, fill it in and fax it to us or mail it to us at the address you’ll find on the application. (La aplicación está también disponible en español.)

Budget Payment Plan
Using our Budget Payment Plan is a great choice if you want your bill to be the same amount every month for the next 12 months.

Here's how the plan works:

  • We estimate your natural gas usage for the next 12 months, based on your past usage.
  • We divide that amount by 12 to determine your monthly payment.
  • We review your plan quarterly to make sure your budget amount is keeping pace with your actual usage. Every quarter, we’ll adjust your monthly amount as needed. Budget billing is settled in August and recalculated for the new plan year that starts in September.

This is a free service for residential customers whose accounts are up to date, and you can discontinue it at any time. To sign up, call us at 1-800-993-7546.

Our online payment system is free. You can use your checking, savings or money market account to pay – and you can check your account details and payment history. Click here to get started >

Pay by Phone
Use Western Union® Speedpay® to pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1-866-589-5031 and follow the prompts – or you can speak to a customer service representative. Use  your checking or savings account, your debit or ATM card, or any Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.  Note there is a Western Union Speedpay convenience fee.

Pay by Text
Use Western Union® Speedpay® to receive a text alert five days before your monthly bill is due. Sign up online or by calling 866-589-5031 and provide your cell phone number and the checking, savings, money market, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit with logo, or pinless ATM account that you wish to use to remit payment.

It’s free to enroll, however, there is a Western Union Speedpay convenience fee each time you make a payment.

Pay in Person
Authorized payment locations are available throughout our service area. Find a location near you.

Pay by Mail
Just use the handy return envelope that comes with your monthly bill. If you need to use your own envelope, just enclose your payment stub and check and mail them to:

Gift Payment
Give the gift of comfort and reliability - give a gift payment! Just download the gift payment form, fill it in and mail it to us at the address you'll find on the form. You can also call us at 1-800-993-7546 to get started.

Assistance Program
If you’re having trouble paying your gas bill, Florida City Gas wants you to get the assistance you need. We’ll work with you to arrange a reasonable deferred payment plan, if you’ll call us at 1-800-993-7546.

Landlord Notification Program
Florida City Gas can automatically notify a landlord if a tenant terminates gas service, or if a tenant moves out. For more information, call us at 1-800-993-7546.

Third Party Notification
You can designate another person, such as a relative, friend or neighbor, to get a duplicate copy of any shut-off notices. That person is not responsible for paying your bill, but making them aware of the situation can help prevent a service interruption.
