About Florida City Gas
With roots that stretch back to 1946, Florida City Gas today serves approximately 101,000 residential and commercial customers in Florida’s Miami-Dade and Brevard counties. Our basic business is to deliver natural gas, but we also offer our customers a wide array of related products, services and technical expertise. Our parent company, AGL Resources, is one of the nation's preeminent distributors of natural gas.

Service expands into Brevard County during the development of America's space program. |
| 1988 |
City Gas becomes a part of NUI Corp. and extended its natural gas distribution system into Saint Lucie, Indian River, Martin and Palm Beach counties. |
| 2004 |
We become a subsidiary of AGL Resources Inc., an Atlanta-based energy company, and change our name to Florida City Gas. |
