To Obtain a Rebate

Complete a rebate application form. One form is required for all appliances installed

Copies of dated store receipts or invoices must be attached. The receipt must include the store name, the appliance and the purchase price.

Copies of most current gas bill must be included

Copies of a dated contractor receipt or invoice for the installation of the appliance must be attached. The receipt or invoice must show the address where the appliance was installed, the installation date and the total amount charged for the installation of the appliance, the contractor's name and telephone number. The charges for the appliance installation MUST be shown separately from any other work included on the same receipt or invoice.
LimitationsThe amount of Rebate is limited to the sum of the purchase price of the appliance plus the cost of the installation (if any) up to the maximum rebate amount for the appliance. Florida City Gas must receive all requests for a rebate application within 60 days of the purchase or installation of the appliance. Florida City Gas must receive the completed rebate application form with complete supporting documentation within 120 days of the purchase or installation of the appliance. An on-site inspection by a City Gas Company representative may be required to verify the installation of an appliance prior to the payment of a rebate.
