Request a Name Change
Changing the name of the primary account holder is simple. The steps below outline the information and supporting documents needed to request a name change.
- Click here and email the account number, reason for requesting a name change and the updated name you’d like on the account.
- Include approved documents that support the name change, such as:
- Marriage certificate, divorce decree or death certificate for residential customers.
- Articles of corporation including TIN number for commercial and industrial customers.
- One of our customer service representatives will review and process your request accordingly.
Update your Billing Address
- To update your billing address, visit https://www.floridacitygas.com/login.
- Login, or register for a new account by clicking “Register Now” to get started.
- You will need your 12-digit account number and the last 4-digits of the account holder’s ID to complete registration. .
- After logging in, click on the drop-down menu by the account holders name at the top right corner.
- Select “Profile Settings” where you will be able to update the email address, phone number, and mailing address associated with the account.
