Request a Name Change

Changing the name of the primary account holder is simple. The steps below outline the information and supporting documents needed to request a name change.

  1. Click here and email the account number, reason for requesting a name change and the updated name you’d like on the account.
  2. Include approved documents that support the name change, such as:
    • Marriage certificate, divorce decree or death certificate for residential customers.
    • Articles of corporation including TIN number for commercial and industrial customers.
  3. One of our customer service representatives will review and process your request accordingly.

Update your Billing Address

  1. To update your billing address, visit https://www.floridacitygas.com/login.
  2. Login, or register for a new account by clicking “Register Now” to get started.
  3. After logging in, click on the drop-down menu by the account holders name at the top right corner.
  4. Select “Profile Settings” where you will be able to update the email address, phone number, and mailing address associated with the account.
