Your natural gas service will continue without interruption. You can expect the same reliability and quality of service you now receive. We remain committed to providing you with safe and dependable natural gas service.

There is no need to update your billing information or payment methods. Your existing billing details and payment preferences will remain unchanged.

Your current account numbers will remain the same. There will be no changes to your account information, making it easy for you to continue managing your natural gas services seamlessly.

You can continue to access your account online at floridacitygas.com. Our online portal remains available for you to view bills, make payments and conveniently manage your account.

There are no changes to your billing cycles. You will continue to be billed as usual.

Your payment arrangement will stay active if you continue to meet the terms of your agreement.

Your current Budget Billing Plan will remain the same.

Any balance not paid by the invoice due date will be subject to a late payment charge of $5 or 1.5%, whichever is greater.

Your energy source will remain natural gas. There are no changes to the type or source of energy being supplied to your property.

Requesting additional natural gas services remains the same. Please contact our customer service team Monday-Friday at 888-CITYGAS (888.248.9427) from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. ET., and they will guide you through the process of adding new services for your appliances.
