Accessing Your Account Online

Your 12-digit account number can be found at the top of your bill.

    1. I had an online account, but haven’t logged into the new customer portal.
      • We migrated to a new customer online portal in April 2025.
      • If you haven’t registered on the new portal, visit https://www.floridacitygas.com/login
      • Then, click “Register Now” to get started. You will need your 12-digit account number and the last 4-digits of the account holder’s ID to complete registration.
    2. I registered on the new customer portal and forgot my login credentials.
      • Visit https://www.floridacitygas.com/login
      • Select “Forgot Password” if you have your username and email address.
      • Select “Forgot Username” if you have your 12-digit account number and email address.
    3. I am registering for the first time and need my passcode/ID to complete registration:

  2. Then, click “Register Now” to get started. You will need your 12-digit account number and the last 4-digits of the account holder’s ID to complete registration.
  3. Your 12-digit account number can be found at the top of your bill.

Billing and Payments

To sign up for eBill, which will replace your printed and mailed statement, sign in to your account. Then click on the round Account icon on the top right of the page (it has a person’s silhouette inside the circle). Click on Account Settings and select the Programs menu. Scroll down to eBill and select Enroll Now.

Safely and conveniently deduct your bill payment from your bank account or credit card each month for free. If it’s your first time, log on to our new customer portal. Then, you will be automatically redirected to Speedpay®, a third-party payment partner. By using AutoPay, you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing. It may take one to two billing cycles for AutoPay to be set up on your account. Get started now.

Sorry, we cannot accept cash payments. Please only send a check or money order if you are sending a payment through the mail.

Yes. Pay your bill using your bank’s free online payment service. It may take three to five business days for us to receive your payment. Before submitting payment, make sure your account information is correct. Invalid or missing account information may delay payment.

Sometimes customers need a little more time to pay their natural gas bill and we try to be as flexible as possible. We offer payment arrangements for qualifying customers by temporarily extending the due date of their bills. Contact us at 800.993.7546 to speak with a customer service representative regarding payment arrangements.

We’re committed to working closely with customers to develop a plan that helps them fulfill their personal responsibility for their balance.
