The “Florida City Gas Builder Survey for Project Managers Giveaway” is sponsored by Florida City Gas (“Sponsor”). This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Public and elected officials are exempt from qualifying to win the $150 gift card. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. The survey must be completed by the deadline in order to qualify for the giveaway. Giveaway deadline is November 26, 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must fill out all required fields on the survey form. After submitting the required information on the survey form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. One entry per person per survey.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random. Winner will be notified within 10 business days after contest end date. Notification and instructions for prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Giveaway. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within seven (7) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning are dependent upon total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: $150 Cash Gift Card. Maximum value is $150.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and notification of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSORS, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

El “Sorteo de la Encuesta para Gerentes de Proyecto de Florida City Gas” es patrocinado por Florida City Gas (en adelante, el “Patrocinador”). Este concurso se rige por las siguientes reglas oficiales (“Reglas Oficiales”). Al participar en el concurso, cada participante acepta cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales, incluidos todos los requisitos de elegibilidad, y entiende que los resultados del concurso, según lo determinado por el Patrocinador y sus agentes, son finales en todos los aspectos.

ELEGIBILIDAD

El sorteo está abierto a los residentes legales del estado de Florida donde no esté prohibido por ley, que tengan dieciocho (18) años de edad o más al momento de su participación, y que cuenten con acceso a Internet y una cuenta de correo electrónico válida antes del inicio del Período del Concurso.
Los funcionarios públicos y los cargos electos están exentos de poder calificar para ganar la tarjeta de regalo de $150.
El Patrocinador tiene derecho a verificar la elegibilidad de cada participante.
La encuesta debe completarse antes de la fecha límite para calificar en el sorteo.
La fecha límite para participar es el 26 de noviembre de 2025.

CÓMO PARTICIPAR

Los participantes deberán completar todos los campos requeridos en el formulario de la encuesta.
Después de enviar la información solicitada, el participante recibirá una (1) entrada para el sorteo.
Se permite una sola participación por persona por encuesta.

SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR

Todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período de Inscripción se recopilarán en una base de datos al finalizar dicho período.
El ganador será seleccionado al azar.
El ganador será notificado dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles posteriores a la fecha de finalización del concurso.
La notificación e instrucciones para recibir el premio se enviarán al correo electrónico proporcionado en el formulario de participación.
Cada participante es responsable de revisar su cuenta de correo electrónico para recibir la notificación del premio u otras comunicaciones relacionadas con este sorteo.

Si el posible ganador no puede ser contactado por el Administrador (o el Patrocinador) dentro de los siete (7) días utilizando la información proporcionada en la inscripción, o si el premio es devuelto como no entregable, dicho participante perderá el derecho al premio. A solicitud del Patrocinador, el posible ganador podrá ser requerido a devolver una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad, un Formulario de Liberación y Aceptación del Premio, y el Formulario IRS W-9. Si el posible ganador no cumple con estas Reglas Oficiales, será descalificado. Los premios podrán no otorgarse si no se reciben suficientes participaciones elegibles.

PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR

Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas.

Pueden aplicarse términos y condiciones adicionales. LIMITACIONES ADICIONALES

El Patrocinador y sus compañías afiliadas y subsidiarias, agentes y representantes no son responsables por errores tipográficos u otros en la oferta o administración del sorteo, incluyendo, entre otros, errores en la impresión o publicación de estas Reglas Oficiales, la selección o notificación de los ganadores, o la distribución de cualquier premio.

Cualquier intento de dañar el contenido o la operación del sorteo es ilegal y puede ser objeto de acciones legales por parte del Patrocinador.

El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de terminar, suspender o modificar el sorteo, sin previo aviso y por cualquier motivo, incluyendo, entre otros, si determina que el sorteo no puede llevarse a cabo según lo planeado, o si un virus, error, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, falla técnica u otra causa fuera de su control corrompe la administración, seguridad, equidad o integridad del mismo.

En caso de manipulación o intervención no autorizada, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de invalidar las participaciones sospechosas.

El Patrocinador y sus compañías afiliadas, agentes, representantes y proveedores de servicios no se hacen responsables por errores humanos o técnicos, fallas en redes telefónicas o equipos informáticos, transmisiones de datos perdidas o retrasadas, interrupciones, eliminaciones o malfuncionamientos de cualquier tipo, ni por la imposibilidad de acceder a cualquier sitio web o servicio en línea.

INDEMNIZACIÓN Y LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

AL PARTICIPAR EN EL SORTEO, CADA PARTICIPANTE ACEPTA INDEMNIZAR, LIBERAR Y MANTENER INDEMNE AL PATROCINADOR Y SUS COMPAÑÍAS AFILIADAS Y SUBSIDIARIAS, PLATAFORMAS DE REDES SOCIALES, ADMINISTRADORES, AGENCIAS PUBLICITARIAS Y PROMOCIONALES, ASÍ COMO A SUS RESPECTIVOS FUNCIONARIOS, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, REPRESENTANTES Y AGENTES DE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD, DAÑO, PÉRDIDA O LESIÓN RESULTANTE, EN TODO O EN PARTE, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, DE SU PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL SORTEO Y DE LA ACEPTACIÓN, USO O MAL USO DE CUALQUIER PREMIO.

El Patrocinador y sus compañías afiliadas y subsidiarias no ofrecen garantías, expresas o implícitas, sobre la condición, idoneidad o comerciabilidad del premio.

El Patrocinador y sus afiliadas, agencias publicitarias y promocionales, y sus respectivos funcionarios, directores, empleados, representantes y agentes no se hacen responsables por daños a sistemas informáticos resultantes del acceso o descarga de información o materiales relacionados con este sorteo.

Al participar, cada concursante otorga al Patrocinador el permiso para utilizar su nombre, imagen o comentarios con fines publicitarios, sin pago adicional, salvo donde esté prohibido por ley.
